Betsy Seals

Betsy Seals is an experienced Medicare managed care compliance professional who brings GHG clients more than a decade of operational experience and compliance expertise in Medicare Advantage and Part D. Her areas of expertise include sales and marketing, compliance auditing, gap analysis, and new plan implementation. Betsy’s expertise also extends to creating detailed training for compliance and operations, specifically in sales & marketing and compliance auditing. 

Since joining GHG, Betsy has assisted health plans to attain and maintain compliance with CMS regulations and guidance by conducting gap analyses of plan operations, preparing plans for CMS audits, performing mock MA-PD, PDP and PBM audits, and reviewing Medicare marketing materials prior to submission to CMS. She has also overseen the implementation of new regulations and has served as an expert compliance resource for several Medicare Advantage Organizations.

Prior to joining GHG, Betsy worked for a Medicare Advantage plan where she served in compliance and was responsible for creation and implementation of oversight programs, CMS audit preparation, implementation of internal corrective action plans and the day-to-day management of compliance operations.
