Senior Manager of Product Operations
Carla Leo brings to Gorman Health Group clients more than 10 years experience in project management and client services. Carla serves as the Senior Manager of Product Operations within GHG’s business solutions group.
Carla’s expertise includes working directly with GHG clients to develop compliant sales oversight strategies and sales agent training. She works closely with health plans to implement product solutions throughout GHG’s product suite including the Medicare Sales Training and Certification and Sales Sentinel programs. She offers strong leadership and training development skills to the GHG Broker Support team and to the GHG field agent credentialing and sales training programs.
Carla has a bachelor’s degree from West Virginia University.
