Carol Rohn is an experienced nurse executive with demonstrated abilities in clinical operations and management in managed care settings.
Prior to joining Gorman Health Group, she worked for health plans such as UnitedHealthcare, Americhoice and Prudential, where her activities and responsibilities included medical management (UM, CM, DM), quality management, clinical project management, clinical data systems design and implementation, and strategic planning.
She has excellent management skills within highly matrixed organizations, with the ability to analyze needs, set strategic direction, develop and implement programs, develop policies and procedures, and deliver training on programs.
