Celia Girard
Senior Consultant
Celia Girard brings to GHG clients more than 20 years of experience as a Medicare Advantage industry veteran, with prior experience extending across regulatory compliance, sales and marketing, enrollment and member services. Her experience includes management of Medicare Advantage and Part D operations for a health plan, including roles in product development, business process improvement and call center management and oversight. In addition, Celia’s broad range of experience has allowed her to perform a variety of key functions in the Medicare Advantage industry. She brings with her immense knowledge and enthusiasm for her work.
Prior to joining GHG, Celia worked as a Compliance Oversight Analyst for Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Rhode Island. In her role, Celia handled Medicare Part C & D Reporting Data Validation projects, training development and performance audits of plan operational areas on regular basis to ensure compliance.
Today, in her role at GHG, Celia’s expertise in CMS rules and regulations enables her to facilitate the implementation of compliance tools for GHG clients quickly and efficiently.
