Charro Knight-Lilly brings to Gorman Health Group clients a unique ability to merge both compliance requirements and business operating knowledge. Charro has more than 18 years experience in the Medicare Advantage industry.

Charro's areas of expertise include Sales and Marketing, Member Services, Enrollment/Disenrollment, Appeals and Grievances, CMS bid filing, state application filing, Medicaid application filing for Special Needs Plan (SNP) contracting and CMS application filing. She is well versed in conducting mock audits, case file review and various aspects of audit preparation.

Prior to joining Gorman Health Group, Charro served as the Vice President of Compliance and Regulatory Affairs as well as Compliance Officer for a Medicare Advantage organization operating in 15 states in over 250 counties. She began with that company in its start-up phase with an initial enrollment of five members in one state with only one operating county.
