Christine Groves is an experienced Medicare Advantage professional who brings GHG clients more than a decade of operational and compliance experience. GHG clients benefit from her leadership expertise in the areas of enrollment, disenrollment, membership statuses and reconciliation. Her approach offers CMS compliant, best practice solutions.
Recently, Christine helped a Blue Cross Blue Shield Organization conduct research and reconciliation of the plan’s membership. She was responsible for leading a team that created, researched and resolved thousands of retroactive membership changes. In addition, during the 2011 Annual Election Period, Christine led a GHG team that conducted timely and accurate processing of all MA-PD and PDP elections for the plan.
Prior to joining GHG, Christine worked for Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Rhode Island for more than 20 years. She served in leadership roles in the Medicare Advantage Membership and Enrollment area. She also worked as a Compliance Business Analyst responsible for reviewing HPMS memos to identify impacts to workflow, providing guidance and managing workplans to support the membership area.
Christine earned her certification as a Certified Professional Coder (CPC) in June 2010.
