John Price

John Price brings Gorman Health Group clients  nearly 20 years of Medicare plan management and CMS managed care oversight experience. While at GHG, John has assisted more than a dozen Medicare Advantage and Part D to examine and reconcile critical  membership and enrollment data to drive cost savings and increase staff efficiency. His efforts on behalf of GHG clients have recovered millions of dollars in revenue for plans each year.

Prior to joining GHG, John led Aetna’s National MA and PDP enrollment and billing operations, serving more than 700,000 members.  While there, his responsibilities included enrollment processing, plan benefit installation, membership and financial reconciliation and compliance monitoring. In his role, he introduced many operational improvements, including improving membership reconciliation performance, reducing enrollment transaction time, expanding processing capacities and developing critical performance data and reporting.

John Price provides GHG clients unique subject matter expertise and perspective, combining years of plan and CMS regulatory experience to offer expertise in areas of revenue management and compliance, Including operational re-engineering and implementation of software to drive operational efficiencies and maximize plan revenue.

While at CMS, John provided plans with technical and regulatory support, chaired national workgroups, and led agency compliance auditing and monitoring efforts.
