Kurt Fullmer brings Gorman Health Group (GHG) clients over 20 years of experience in provider network development and executive healthcare leadership. His background includes building and growing start-up healthcare companies, implementing innovative care management programs, aligning sales technology and provider/claims operations with business objectives to drive growth and increase financial stability.
Kurt joined GHG as part of the Provider Network Management team and his work has been focused on developing CMS compliant provider networks for Medicare Advantage (MA) plans in Louisiana, Ohio, and Pennsylvania. Kurt has negotiated MA contracts and reimbursement with hospitals, physicians, large healthcare systems, Independent Practice Associations (IPAs), Physician/Hospital Organizations (PHOs), and ancillary providers.
Prior to GHG, Kurt was CEO of ClaimsPay Solutions, Inc. where he led the development, deployment, and ultimate sale of a proprietary electronic healthcare claims payment and Electronic Remittance Advice (ERA) software. Kurt has also held executive leadership positions with American CareSource Holdings, UICI, Healthmarket, OneComp Health Solutions, CCN Managed Care, Intergroup of Utah, and FHP.
Kurt earned a master’s degree in Business and Health Services Administration at the University of Utah.
