Leslie Miller brings to Gorman Health Group clients extensive Medicare and Medicaid prescription drug clinical operational leadership experience. Her Part D elements of expertise include formulary and clinical utilization management, medication therapy management, coverage determinations operations and clinical quality improvement initiatives.
Prior to joining GHG, Leslie was a Clinical Pharmacy Director with a leading managed care organization where she was responsible for pharmacy clinical operations for MA-PDs and SNPs. In addition to her managed care experience Leslie has worked as a hospital pharmacy director, as a retail pharmacy manager and has vast involvement in the developed and support of advanced pharmacy practice experience program sites for several pharmacy schools.
Leslie's outstanding communication and managerial skills along with her demonstrated ability to successfully develop and implement multiple initiatives are key to her success in driving excellence.
