Peggy Kircher

Peggy brings over 25 years of health care experience to her role at Gorman Health Group (GHG).  Prior to joining the GHG team Peggy enjoyed a career of executive leadership in complex healthcare delivery systems.  Her twenty-five plus years of experience span the areas of network development, business analysis, healthcare marketing and strategic development. She has an extensive background in managed care contract negotiations on behalf of providers - hospital systems, community hospitals, ancillary providers, private and academic physician organizations, Payors and employers.

With a broad depth of expertise in provider network development, contract negotiation and reimbursement methodology for PPO, HMO, Medicare Advantage PFFS, PPO & SNP, Work Comp, CHIP and Medicaid products, she has held executive positions in organizations where she successfully developed an IPA and a variety of proprietary physician networks to solidify primary care referral to specialists.  Additionally, she has established both tertiary care and occupational medicine networks. 

Peggy is an innovator in Worker’s Compensation Managed PPO Provider Networks, creating the infrastructure, delivery models, information systems, contracting documents, recruiting the necessary providers and marketing the final product to employers and Payors. She has created both national and regional provider networks specializing in comprehensive care for injured workers.

Peggy pioneered one of the first marketing agencies in the nation that specialized in healthcare.  Her firm provided marketing consultation and implementation exclusively for healthcare businesses including clients across the United States. 

Peggy holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas, Houston.  She has been licensed as a registered nurse, occupational health nurse and health insurance broker.
