Regan Pennypacker

Regan brings to Gorman Health Group clients more than a decade of operational and compliance expertise in Medicare Advantage and Part D. In her role at GHG, she assists health plans with audits, gap analyses, and plan implementation by creating policies, workflows and marketing materials. Her expertise also extends to providing detailed training for compliance and operations, specifically in grievances, appeals, and compliance auditing. She is a resource for GHG’s Online Monitoring Tool, guiding partners through implementation and providing end-user training. 

Prior to joining GHG, Regan managed the compliance team at Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Rhode Island, working with the CMS Boston Regional Office. Functional responsibilities of the unit included the interpretation of regulatory guidance, delegation oversight, auditing and monitoring, site visit management, analysis and submission of Part C and Part D reporting, and development and maintenance of corporate Medicare training. While there, she oversaw the implementation of new regulations and served as an expert resource on bid and market teams. She was actively involved in Blue Cross and Blue Shield Association events and led a Medicare Advantage workgroup comprised of Blues plan compliance professionals.

Regan received her bachelor’s degree from the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, Massachusetts. She earned her Managed Healthcare Professional designation from America’s Health Insurance Plans in 2004.
