Jim Clark brings Gorman Health Group clients over 30 years of experience in aligning people, processes and technology with business objectives throughout the Medicare industry. 

Jim leverages his extensive knowledge in information technology and organizational leadership to deliver exceptional technology, operational and reengineering solutions to more than a dozen health plans across the United States and Puerto Rico.

In his role at GHG, Jim has assisted dozens Medicare Advantage and Part D plans to improve enrollment reconciliation, reduce PDE rejections, assess PBM compliance risk, and re-engineer business processes to increase transparency and reduce compliance exposure.

His other recent project roles include designing a virtual office environments and technical infrastructures, providing systems integration services and leading numerous enrollment reconciliation and risk assessment projects to deliver training and Medicare operations knowledge to Medicare Advantage and Part D plans. 

Jim is also founder of a company that offers interim IT leadership and strategic planning services to companies in transition.  He also co-founded cranespharmacy.com, with the objective of bringing back the neighborhood drugstore by designing, building and hosting e-pharmacy websites.

Prior to GHG, Jim held a number of senior management positions including at United HealthCare and Technalysis Corporation.

Jim serves on a number of boards and committees for information technology industry associations and is also a member of the Health Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS), America’s Health Insurance Plans (AHIP), and the Minnesota High Tech Association (MHTA).
