Jordan Flynn

Jordan Flynn brings to GHG clients more than 14 years of experience working with commercial and Medicare health plans. Her expertise includes Sales and Marketing, Member Services, Enrollment/Disenrollment, Appeals and Grievances, Fraud, Waste & Abuse Programs, Provider Credentialing, and Part C Claims. Jordan is well-versed in the review and submission of Medicare marketing materials to CMS, conducting mock audits, case file review and various aspects of audit prep and coordination. She is also experienced in developing key operational metrics for reporting and compliance oversight, writing policies and procedures, developing monitoring tools, and providing staff training.

Prior to joining GHG, Jordan served as the national Director of Product Integrity for UnitedHealthcare (UHC) Community & State (formally called AmeriChoice), which offers Medicare Advantage Dual-Eligible Special Needs Plans. This position involved staff training, process improvement, monitoring and auditing all levels of the business that touched MA or Part D, interpretation of regulatory guidance, and analysis and submission of Part C and Part D reporting. This position also included coordinating numerous CMS and other Government operational and financial audits.

Prior to joining UHC in 2007, Jordan served as the national Medicare Compliance & Operations Manager for Health Net’s Senior Product Division, where she worked for nearly ten years.
