Tina Bailey

Tina Bailey is a seasoned Medicare managed care compliance professional whose more than 20 years of experience provides GHG clients a knowledgeable resource in Medicare Advantage and Part D.  Her areas of expertise include compliance; sales and marketing; bid development and new plan implementation.  Tina also brings a strategic focus on benefit design and bid development, with an emphasis on Special Needs Plans.

Since joining GHG, Tina has assisted health plans to become better prepared for CMS audits, created and conducted focused training, and produced Part D delegation oversight programs.

Prior to her role at GHG, Tina held a management position with a Special Needs Plan where she was responsible for the organization’s day-to-day Medicare compliance and operations. Tina has also held management positions with several MAOs in the greater Los Angeles and Orange County markets. In her roles, Tina was responsible for compliance interpretation and implementation; member/marketing material review and submission; bid development and submission; conducting internal audits, CMS audit preparation; implementing internal corrective action plans; and creating detailed training.
