Administration Insourcing Support
For Medicare plans that currently outsource some of their business processes, Gorman Health Group can perform a detailed internal assessment to determine whether bringing select functions in house makes sense – from both an economic and quality control perspective. We’ll assist in determining what your current costs are, measure what your costs would be if services were brought in house, and set up performance standards to demonstrate the added value of bringing certain services in-house – for both your plan and your customer.
For larger organizations, we can also assist in building “shared services” environments. We’ll help your organization establish a basic shared services model within your organization to perform business processes on a charge-back basis for the plan.
