  1. Do I need to book a hotel myself?
    Yes.  Your registration fee does not include hotel accommodations.

    Rooms are available at the Aria Hotel & Resort by calling (866) 359-7757.

  2. How do I register additional attendees from my team?
    If you will be joined by additional members of your team, be sure that each person has pre-registered individually at https://www1.gotomeeting.com/register/215910089.
  3. Once I'm in Las Vegas, where's the hotel?
    The Aria Hotel & Casino is located 20 minutes from the Las Vegas McCarran Airport at 3730 Las Vegas Blvd in Las Vegas, Nevada.
    There are several shuttle bus services outside baggage claim at LAS or it's a 20 minute taxi ride. The hotel can be reached by phone at 866-359-7111.
  4. I need to stay at the hotel an extra night. Can I do that?
    Attendees are welcome to stay at the Aria Hotel prior to or following the GHG Forum at their expense.
    Please contact the hotel directly if you require these additional arrangements.
  5. How do I pay my registration fee?
    Registration fees can be paid online using the customized link provided to you. Can't find your link? Let us know at ghg@gormanhealthgroup.com and we'll resend it to you. If your organization requires payment by check, send it to Gorman Health Group at 5335 Wisconsin Avenue, NW, Suite 340, Washington, DC 20015. Make checks payable to Gorman Health Group and note the Compliance Forum 2011 in the memo.
  6. I heard a delayed payment option is available. What does that mean? How do I take advantage of it?
    Gorman Health Group is offering a 'delayed payment pricing option' for health plans staff whose travel budgets have run out before your questions have. We will invoice the attendee directly for their registration fee and delay payment until Jan. 2012. To request a delayed payment instead of paying by credit card, request an invoice at ghg@gormanhealthgroup.com.   
  7. I need to catch a flight. What time does the event end?
    The 3-day in-person event will begin with the Compliance Forum at 1:00 pm Pacific time on November 2 and conclude at 1:00 pm Pacific time on November 3. The OMT User Group will immediately follow at 1:30 pm Pacific time on November 3 and end at 1:00 pm Pacific time on November 4.  Attendees are responsible for transportation to and from the airport.
