- Do I need to book a hotel?
No need. We've got you covered. Your registration fee includes one-night hotel accommodations on June 21. - How do I register additional attendees from my team?
If you will be joined by additional members of your team, be sure that each person has pre-registered individually at https://www1.gotomeeting.com/register/907810040. - Once I'm in Chicago, where's the hotel?
The Westin O'Hare is located a few minutes from the O'Hare Airport at 6100 River Road in Rosemont, Illinois. The hotel offers a complimentary shuttle bus or it's a short taxi ride from O'Hare. The hotel can be reached by phone at 847-698-6000. - I need to stay at the hotel an extra night. Can I do that?
Attendees are welcome to stay at the Westin O'Hare on the night of June 20 or June 22 at their expense. Please let us know if you require these additional arrangements and we will help ensure you recieve a discounted rate. - How do I pay my registration fee?
Registration fees can be paid online using the customized link provided to you. Can't find your link? Let us know at ghg@gormanhealthgroup.com and we'll resend it to you. If your organization requires payment by check, send it to Gorman Health Group at 2176 Wisconsin Avenue, NW, Washington, D.C. 20007. Make checks payable to Gorman Health Group and note the Star Ratings Summit in the memo. - I need to catch a flight. What time does the event end?
The 2-day in-person event will begin at 1:00 pm Central time on June 21 and conclude at 1:00 pm Central time on June 22. Attendees are responsible for transportation to and from the airport.
