- Do I need to book a hotel myself?
No. Rooms are available at the Aria Hotel & Resort and will be arranged on your behalf by Gorman Health Group. Due to the nearing date of the event, Gorman Health Group cannot guarantee room rates. Please note that the registration fee does NOT include hotel accommodations and you will be asked to provide a credit card upon check-in. The credit card you present will be charged.
Please notify GHG at ghg@gormanhealthgroup.com upon registering to attend of your check-in and check-out date so that we can reserve your room. If your check-in or check-out date should change, please let us know.
Attendees are responsible for the cancellation of their room(s) should their travel plans change. To cancel, please contact the Aria directly at 866-359-7111. Cancellations must be made within 48 hours of your scheduled arrival so that a charge is not incurred. - How do I register additional attendees from my team?
If you will be joined by additional members of your team, be sure that each person has pre-registered individually at https://www1.gotomeeting.com/register/401597881. - Once I'm in Las Vegas, where's the hotel?
The Aria Hotel & Casino is located 20 minutes from the Las Vegas McCarran Airport at 3730 Las Vegas Blvd in Las Vegas, Nevada.
There are several shuttle bus services outside baggage claim at LAS or it's a 20 minute taxi ride. The hotel can be reached by phone at 866-359-7111. - I need to stay at the hotel an extra night. Can I do that?
Attendees are welcome to stay at the Aria Hotel prior to or following the GHG Forum at their expense.
Should you require these additional arrangements, please contact us at ghg@gormanhealthgroup.com to ensure your reservation reflects the additional night(s) stay. - How do I pay my registration fee?
Registration fees can be paid online using the customized link provided to you. Can't find your link? Let us know at ghg@gormanhealthgroup.com and we'll resend it to you. If your organization requires payment by check, send it to Gorman Health Group at 5335 Wisconsin Avenue, NW, Suite 340, Washington, DC 20015. Make checks payable to Gorman Health Group and note the Sales & Marketing Forum 2011 in the memo. - I need to catch a flight. What time does the event end?
The 2-day in-person event will begin at 9:00 AM Pacific time on April 28 and conclude at 11:30 AM Pacific time on April 29. Attendees are responsible for transportation to and from the airport.
