UPDATE: CMS Medicare Shared Savings Program Application Process
The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) has published the 2012 application materials for the Medicare Shared Savings Program. To learn more about the 2012 application process, click here.
Organizations interested in participating in the Medicare Shared Savings Program must complete the 2012 application as instructed by CMS. Applications must be submitted by 5:00 pm EST January 20, 2012 for the April 1, 2012 start date and by 5:00 pm EST March 30, 2012 for the July 1, 2012 start date.
For your reference, please view the GHG summary (originally issued November 1) of the CMS Final Rule for the Medicare Shared Savings Program that was issued on October 20.
