Vice President, Compliance Solutions
Tina Bailey is Senior Director of Compliance Solutions at Convey Health Solutions (Convey). In this role, she assists health plans in preparing for and undergoing Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) audits, directs onsite and remote focused audits, assesses new and existing plan readiness, produces Part C and Part D delegation oversight programs, leads large-scale member/marketing material review, assists with CMS/state applications, and creates and conducts focused trainings.
Tina brings Convey clients more than 25 years of experience, providing them a knowledgeable resource in Medicare Advantage and Part D. Her areas of expertise include compliance, audits, readiness, delegation oversight, sales and marketing, bid development, and new plan implementation.
Prior to her role at Convey, Tina held management positions several Medicare Advantage Organizations in the greater Los Angeles and Orange County markets, including Dual-Eligible Special Needs Plans. In her previous roles, Tina was responsible for compliance interpretation and implementation, member/marketing material review and submission, bid development and submission, internal audits and CMS audit preparation, implementing internal corrective action plans, and creating detailed trainings.
Tina is certified in Compliance and Ethics from the Health Care Compliance Association.
