Beth Pennell brings twenty years of experience in Managed Care Operations to the Gorman Health Group.  Her extensive knowledge covers Medicare Enrollment and Disenrollment, Medicare Compliance, Appeals and Grievances, Provider Services, Customer Services, Claims Processing and Provider Contracting.

Since joining the Gorman Health Group, Ms. Pennell has used her expertise in enrollment and disenrollment to develop policy and procedure templates and has served on (COMPASS™) CMS Mock Audits.  Beth has also been an interim Operations manager. 

Most recently, Ms. Pennell was the Director of Medicare Operations for Health Choice of Arizona.  She also served as the Manager of the Medicare Enrollment/Disenrollment, Customer Service and Medicare Compliance Departments at HealthNet of Arizona.  At HealthNet she successfully mentored a highly knowledgeable staff and developed processes that led HealthNet of Arizona’s Enrollment Department to a compliance rating of 100% in less than six months time.
