William MacBain brings over twenty-five years’ experience in senior management positions, encompassing finance, management consulting, and health insurance operations. He is experienced in financial management and analysis, business planning and budgeting, contract negotiations, training, compliance, and government affairs.

Bill has consulted for numerous health care providers, government agencies and health plans. He contributed to federal and state health insurance policy as a member of two federal Medicare advisory commissions, and as president of the Managed Care Association of Pennsylvania.
