Kathryn M. Lepsevich
Senior Consultant
 Kathryn Lepsevich is a Senior Consultant with Gorman Health Group who has extensive knowledge in health insurance and government programs with expertise in Medicare operations.
A former National Operations Manager for Prudential HealthCare, Kathryn was responsible for ten national sites and three service centers to ensure coordinated operational management oversight. In addition, she has directed internal compliance audits, and has developed business practices to meet requirements necessary for corrective actions.

- Regulatory auditing
- Day-to-day operations (enrollment, reconciliation, appeals, grievances and member service)
- Development and implementation of correspondence, policies, procedures and workflows.

In addition to Prudential HealthCare, Kathryn was a Senior Consultant with Managed Care Compliance Solutions, and also held various positions with Secure Horizons and Tufts Associated Health Plans.
Kathryn holds a Bachelor degree in Management and resides in Boston, Massachusetts.
