FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. – July 2020 – Gorman Health Group (“GHG”), the leading consulting firm for government-sponsored health programs and a member of the Convey Family of Companies, is pleased to announce the newest member of its executive team, Kate Rollins, who joins the company as the Senior Vice President of Population Health and Clinical Innovations. Rollins brings to the position a wealth of knowledge and an array of experience in the healthcare industry, which will be invaluable to GHG clients looking to improve in the areas of population health management and clinical strategy.

Rollins is a Clinical Nurse Specialist with expertise in oncology and infectious diseases, and a focus on caring for vulnerable populations. She has over 20 years of experience in clinical strategy development, program development, implementation, start up and ongoing operations, and performance management/evaluation. She has worked across many clinical settings and lines of business, including Medicare Advantage, Chronic Condition Special Needs Plans, Dual Special Needs Plans, Medicare Shared Savings Plans, Medicaid, Commercial/Employer, and Marketplace Exchanges.

On her appointment at GHG, Rollins is eager to bring about positive change through her work. “There is enormous opportunity to improve clinical outcomes and quality while lowering healthcare costs. Prior to joining GHG, Rollins served as the Chief Nursing Executive at Evolent Health. Her past clinical experience includes acute inpatient, ambulatory care, home care and hospice, and specialty pharmacy. She earned her MSN and BSN from The Catholic University of America and a post-master’s certificate from Duke University focusing on trajectories of chronic illness. She and her husband live in Maryland with their four children.
