Director, Product and Service Delivery
Celia Girard is Director of Policy & Training at GHG. In this role, she is responsible for the identification, classification and distribution of industry intelligence, as well as the development and management of assorted GHG content.
As part of the Product team, Celia is the primary point of contact for Gorman University™ (GU™), the Point™, GHG’s Medicare Certification Training offered through Miramar:Agent, and also supports a number of GHG’s other product solutions including the Online Monitoring Tool™ (OMT™) and Miramar:Agent. Celia brings GHG clients more than 25 years’ experience as a Medicare industry veteran, with prior experience extending across regulatory compliance, sales and marketing, enrollment, and member services. This experience spans work on Medicare Part A & B contracts, as well as management of Medicare Advantage (MA) and Part D operations for Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Rhode Island, including roles in Medicare compliance, product development, business process improvement, and call center management and oversight.
Since joining GHG in 2011, Celia’s operational experience, coupled with her familiarity with the government-sponsored regulatory environment, has enabled her to support clients in many ways, including assisting with compliance audits, GU™ training development, and OMT™ implementations and support. Currently, Celia’s role relies on her ability to communicate information to both internal and external clients in an easy-to-understand manner. She brings with her immense knowledge and enthusiasm for her work.
