Senior Vice President, Compliance Solutions
Regan is Senior Vice President of Compliance Solutions at Gorman Health Group (GHG). In this role, she leads the compliance practice, responsible for multidisciplinary projects such as Part C and Part D audits, new applications, compliance program effectiveness reviews, and training engagements. As a member of this team, she has provided compliance assistance and insight on industry best practices to dozens of GHG clients. Regan brings GHG clients more than 17 years of experience in the healthcare industry.
She has spoken at a number of industry events on topics such as perspectives on the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) program audit process, appeals and grievances, and the CMS application process. Readers can also find her thoughts and insight on the GHG blog and on the Point. She serves on the Board of Directors for Wood River Health Services, a private, non-profit, Community Health Center devoted to quality patient care. The center is a NCQA Recognized Patient-Centered Medical Home, a Federally qualified health center serving southwestern Rhode Island and southeastern Connecticut.
Prior to joining GHG, Regan managed the Compliance team at Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Rhode Island (BCBSRI). Regan received her bachelor’s degree from the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, Massachusetts. She has earned the designations of Managed Healthcare Professional (MHP) and Fellow of Health Insurance Advanced Studies (FHIAS) from America’s Health Insurance Plans (AHIP).
